Message from the School Director
To our families at Pechersk School International, this warm and sincere welcome comes to you from both my heart and the heart of our community.
Your hopes for your children and your aspirations for their education, fulfilment and daily growth toward a life of happiness and dreams attained, we share these very same hopes with you, and are committed to achieving them in partnership with you. In this time of indescribable challenge and strife, we believe in the power of our community to nurture and thrive, and in so doing, embody the better angels of our humanity.
PSI inspires students to seek meaning and self-realization through a true sense of belonging, personal leadership, empathy and lifelong learning. These principles are the foundation of who we are.
As we look ahead to the year before us, we do so with confidence in the strength of the relationships that define PSI. Our community has shown time and again that even in uncertain times, learning, growth, and human connection continue to flourish when people come together with purpose, compassion, and a shared commitment to one another.
To you, our families, we celebrate your joining with our community, one committed to the ultimate truth that together we are stronger.
And all of us - students, parents, teachers, staff, board members and supporters, unified in purpose and vision, we together will strive to build a kinder, more courageous, and just society where we all belong.
Thank you for joining PSI and being a part of this wonderful journey!
We look forward to reuniting with you all on 21 August 2026.

Admissions checklist
To ensure a seamless transition, we have consolidated all the necessary information you may require.
Find surveys and forms, which we kindly request you to complete below. Feel free to reach out to Admisisons office if you have any questions or require assistance.
School supplies
Find all the essential supplies your child needs for the upcoming school year by clicking the links below.
- All Grade 10-12 students must have a Texas Instruments TI 84 Plus CE graphing display calculator (GDC) for their math and science classes. This specific model is recommended by the IB and required from the start of the school year for learning and assessment. Without it, students may be disadvantaged, especially during assessments. While these calculators are available in Ukraine, they are often overpriced. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase them outside Ukraine to avoid extra tax costs. Other models may not be accepted for IB or PSI classes.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme
PSI has a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) programme for all students in Grades 4 and 12.
This means that all grade 4 and 12 students are expected to bring their own laptops/tablets to school each day. Follow the link below to learn more and prepare a relevant device for your own children.
