FINANCIAL INFORMATION
At Pechersk School International, our tuition fees are designed to support and enhance the overall learning experience for your child.
As a not-for-profit institution, every penny of the tuition revenue is reinvested into the school.

Tuition Fees
The following fee structure was approved by the Board of Governors on 4 December 2023. The presented fees are for tuition at each level, expressed in USD.

Questions You Might Ask
All parents are more than welcome to reach out if you have any questions or need further information. Please feel free to contact us to learn more.
What additional charges should I be aware of?
Some items are not included in the Tuition Fees. These will be invoiced separately and are paid for by the family as required. These include any additional PHE uniform items (after the initial pack which is supplied free of charge by the School ), cafeteria and cafe food, transportation fees, etc.
How does electronic invoicing work?
Invoices are sent electronically by PSI’s Business Office to the e-mail address provided to PSI and as recorded in the school database.
Parents must ensure that emails from PSI can be received at the e-mail address provided and that firewalls, spam filters, or similar settings are adjusted accordingly.
Automatically generated answers (e.g. absence notices) cannot be taken into consideration and do not hinder a valid delivery of an invoice.
Parents need to immediately inform PSI of any changes regarding the email address provided for invoicing. Deliveries of invoices to the last notified email address shall be valid if parents do not meet the obligation of notifying PSI regarding changes.
What happens if we need to withdraw from the school?
The payment should be done by the family as one lump sum before 21st June 2024 and is for a full school year.
The refunds will not be available as long as the school continues to provide access to the educational programmes under the current unprecedented circumstances in Ukraine.
What are the consequences of late payment?
In the case of a delay in paying the fee for the provision of educational services by more than 14 calendar days from the invoice date, a penalty in the amount of 2% per month of the unpaid or late payment amount for each month of delay in payment would be applicable.
What is PSI’s policy on force majeure?
There is no refund of the tuition fee for instructional days lost due to reasons beyond PSI’s control.
This policy particularly applies to school closures prompted by safety concerns, weather conditions, fire, flood, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or other similar events. It also extends to cases where families decide to withdraw from school in the middle of the academic year.
Can someone else pay the fees on my behalf (third-party payment)?
Parents may declare that a specific third party will pay the school fees on their behalf.
It is, however, the responsibility of the parents to assure that the third party payments are made according to the school’s payment terms. Parents are liable for any outstanding balances of school fees including charges for late payments.
