SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMME
As Ukraine navigates war with extraordinary determination, the need for an education that connects global perspectives with national identity has never been more urgent. Why does this matter?
Because investing in education today is an investment in a stronger, more resilient Ukraine tomorrow. By championing international education, we are developing a generation of compassionate leaders and agents of positive change, equipped to create a just, peaceful, and sustainable world.

History of the Scholarship Programme
Since 2017, Pechersk School International (PSI Kyiv) have been providing scholarships aimed at supporting talented students in Ukraine.
In response to a full-scale invasion of Ukraine, PSI Kyiv launched the 'PSI for Good' initiative to support its school community and re-established a scholarship programme providing free access to education at PSI for children who have been affected by war. Since 2024, Pechersk School International has collaborated with the Children of Heroes Foundation to support children who have lost parents in the war.
Pechersk School International not only provides knowledge but also actively promotes the development of skills necessary to adapt to the future, especially during war. We are an educational institution that strives to change the lives of our students for the better. Our school is proud of its excellent team of specialists who come not only from Ukraine but also from different parts of the world.

First recipient of the PSI Scholarship in 2017, Graduated with Class of 2021
Pechersk School International has given me the opportunity to meet people from many different cultures and experience a new way of learning.
It has helped me to grow both academically and as a global citizen.

Joined PSI in 2020, Graduated with Class of 2024
We have always wanted our daughter to grow up open to the world — to think critically, dream big, and make a difference. When we discovered PSI and its Foundation Scholarship Programme, it felt like a perfect match with the values we hoped to give her.
At PSI, she found not only academic challenge, but also respect, encouragement, and space to grow as an individual. The school supported her ambitions in academics, sport, student leadership, and the arts, giving her the confidence and opportunities to pursue her passions. Seeing her graduate, prepared for the future, makes us deeply grateful for the role PSI has played in her journey
Vershyhora family
Joined PSI in 2021, Graduated with Class of 2025
We applied to the Foundation Scholarship Programme because we believe that international education opens doors for children in today’s globalised world. At PSI, our son has been able to deepen his love for literature while also discovering new interests in science, research, and communication.
What we value most is the sense of inclusivity, strong values, and the support the school offers both students and parents. PSI has been one of the most meaningful opportunities our family has experienced.
